As a UX Research, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive user research strategies in alignment with product development goals and timelines.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and data analysts, to identify research objectives and priorities.

  • Planning, designing, and conducting a wide range of user research activities, including desk research (benchmarking), usability testing, contextual inquiries, workshops, surveys, and interviews.

  • Recruiting and managing participants for research studies, ensuring diverse and representative samples.

  • Employing both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather meaningful insights.

  • Analyzing research data and synthesizing findings into actionable insights and recommendations that other teams can use.

  • Creating personas, user journey maps, and user flows to visualize user behavior and pain points.

  • Identifying usability issues and proposing design solutions based on research outcomes.

  • Presenting research findings and insights to cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Collaborating closely with product designers and developers to integrate user feedback into product iterations.

  • Ensuring that user feedback is consistently incorporated into design decisions and product improvements.

What will make us choose you?

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of leading research initiatives.

  • Proficiency in various research tools and software, such as usability testing platforms, survey tools, and data analysis tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.

  • Fluent and comfortable in English, capable of conducting research and user interviews in English.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles is desirable.

  • Any relevant UX research certifications are a plus.
