Over the years, we have quickly expanded our value proposition to enable consumers to make smarter shopping decisions through many features: cash back, buy now and pay later, automatic coupons, price drop alerts, carbon footprint tracking, and more. Today, we are dedicating significant resources to developing an AI-powered assistant that helps users find the right product based on their criteria for price, quality, or environmental impact from the global e-commerce catalog.

After reaching profitability in our core market, we are now expanding internationally with a primary focus on the US.

This position is remote-friendly.

🎯 What you will do

Over the course of 18 months, you will have the opportunity to work closely on both B2C and B2B projects with several teams as part of the Business Graduate Program. You will have access to meaningful coaching, mentoring, and growth opportunities while creating an impact for our users.

From bringing top retailers from prospects to partners with our B2B team, creating new campaigns with the Marketing team, managing complex data with the Data team, to innovating new processes with our BizOps team, the challenges that you’ll face at Joko are intricate and diverse. You’ll be able to do it thanks to the help of team members with a wide range of skills and experience.

At the end of the program, the idea is to help you find your dream job and build your future within Joko!

During the program:

• you will spend 6 months + 6 months + 6 months in three different teams learning different jobs alongside dedicated managers

• you will be personally mentored by one of our founders with frequent one-on-ones.

Several tracks are possible:

• Sales / Account Management / B2B Marketing

• Business Operations / B2B / Data

• Data / Business Operations / Product

• Growth / Branding / Campaign Management

👀 Who we're looking for

• Languages: You are fluent in French (not required for the Data / Business Operations / Product track) and English both written and spoken

• Education: You are graduating from a top-tier business or engineering school.

• Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on.

• Analytical skills: You love solving complex problems and analyzing data.

• Tech fluency: You are comfortable in a technical environment. You are always curious to understand how things work. Bonus if you have data analysis technical skills.

• Problem solver: You are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.

• Autonomy: You are fully autonomous and able to manage complex projects from A to Z.

• Efficiency: You are fond of productivity tools and able to deliver on time on projects with many stakeholders.

• Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws when there are.

• Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.
