Content Manager

About the Role

As a key member of Jump’s growing marketing team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our brand while driving meaningful growth. Your expertise in content creation and strategy will help propel Jump toward achieving its ambitious revenue targets, all while fostering a dynamic, collaborative environment. You’ll be the driving force behind content that attracts, engages, and converts financial advisors into loyal Jump customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a data-driven, comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Jump’s broader marketing and business goals.

  • Content Creation: Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content across multiple channels, including the website, email, social media, blogs, newsletters, webinars, partnerships, and more. Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and effectively communicates Jump’s value proposition.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Sales team to develop content that empowers and equips them to engage prospects and close deals. Partner with other teams to align content with overarching business objectives.

  • Customer-Centric Content: Engage directly with financial advisor customers to understand their needs, challenges, and insights, and create content that resonates with this audience.

  • Optimization & Growth: Use data and analytics to track content performance, identify trends, and continuously optimize for engagement and conversion. Run A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to refine content strategies and improve results.

  • Cross-Channel Expertise: Be agile in transitioning between different types of content and marketing initiatives — from ad copy to podcasts, events, influencer partnerships, and more.

  • Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning: Help position Jump as the category leader in financial advisor technology, ensuring the brand is trusted and loved by customers.

  • Team Support & Culture: Be an active, hands-on contributor to help the team grow and succeed. Help cultivate a positive, inclusive, and innovative culture as Jump continues to scale.

About You

  • 5+ years of proven experience in content strategy, creation, and optimization, within the tech, B2B SaaS, or financial services space.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt your voice to different platforms and audiences.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment and the ability to pivot quickly across a variety of content types and marketing initiatives.

  • A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to chip in wherever needed.

  • You want to have real impact helping to build an early-stage AI software company

  • You know how to be a great marketer and don’t need handholding to thrive - you know the right questions to ask and have excellent marketing judgment

  • You love high performing, high volume, high velocity marketing

  • A forward-thinker, you will also bring innovative ideas on how to leverage AI to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of our marketing strategies.

  • You’re a great ambassador of the brand you represent

  • Analytical, organized, data-oriented

  • Preferred: A deep understanding of the financial advisor audience and the ability to create content that speaks directly to their needs.

What You’ve Done

  • You are a top 10% performing marketer among your peers (we will ask for your marketing track record + what your former managers and peers say about you) 

  • You have meaningful experience as a Marketing Manager for SaaS or B2B software company (minimum 5 years)

  • You have been incredibly successful with high velocity marketing

  • Preferred: you’ve been a financial advisor and/or have marketed to RIAs or Broker Dealers
