The Team

As an Executive Assistant on the Business Operations team, you will be responsible for a broad range of support duties to enable business executives and their teams to perform optimally. To be successful, you will have to be able to juggle multiple responsibilities in parallel, anticipate deadlines and changes, be very self-organized, articulate, coordinate with other peers and senior executives, and smoothly collaborate in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, professionalism, confidentiality, and communication are important.

The Opportunity

  • Assist executives in scheduling one-off and series meetings with internal and external parties; deftly manage conflicts and prioritize time utilization

  • Coordinate presentation materials for monthly review meetings

  • Organize domestic and international travel as well as meeting venues for executives, team members, and external parties as needed

  • Ensure appropriate confidential awareness is applied to contacts with external and internal stakeholders at all levels

  • Conduct research for events, industry contacts, leaders and resources

  • Prepare, catalog and distribute materials, reports and other executive content

  • Conduct additional tasks and assignments such as tracking invoices, managing expenses, mailings and packages

  • Be a reliable and trustworthy source for employees, making teammates’ work more efficient and productive

Skills You Should HODL

  • Relevant experience providing administrative support while ensuring efficient operations & effective time management 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you will utilize your resourceful, problem solving skills

  • Competent in organizing multi-stakeholder and multi-time zone meetings and events

  • Able to deal with conflicting priorities with ease and confidently communicate with staff at all levels

  • Self-starter who seeks and enjoys the opportunity to collaborate with others

  • Detail oriented and analytical, with the ability to follow-through

  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a result-driven environment with tight deadlines

  • Compassionate and caring to make the company culture and experience better for all team members

  • Ability to help build & streamline processes and improve efficiencies

  • Familiar with Mac OS, Slack, Gmail, Google Calendar and Zoom

  • Highly savvy with awareness of cyber security and privacy best practices

  • Proactive in making suggestions for improving operational outcomes, demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision or directive

Nice to Haves

  • Previous exposure or experience working in the crypto, fintech or tech industries

  • Multilingual fluency

  • Experience working with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Google Sheets & Excel
