Senior Growth Marketing Manager, CRO

BASE SALARY: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, paid bi-monthly
MUST HAVE: Performance marketing optimizations or CRO experience, advanced data analysis capabilities, strong cross-departmental relationship management and communication, thrive in an extremely fast paced environment, and have been directly responsible for achieving revenue goals or business level metrics
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 3 years experience with Google Search and optimizing landing page experiences to maximize revenue and deep-funnel advertiser KPIs
YOUR ROLE
You will own revenue optimization efforts for the Deposits vertical of FinanceBuzz, which empowers the financial decisions of millions of consumers monthly. Driven by a growth mindset, you will use audience insights and data to optimize landing pages with the goal of maximizing revenue and improving user experience, while exceeding client KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities. Data is at the heart of this job, but the numbers must be paired with creativity and marketing insights to fully understand target audiences and match these audiences with financial products.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Manage, analyze, optimize and scale current landing pages to increase revenue and margin
Dig into the data to analyze performance, identify trends, and find new opportunities
Research, test, and launch new advertisers on our platform
Collaborate closely with the Account Management, Copywriting, and User Acquisition teams
Ideate and implement tests including copy, UI/UX changes, and offer order to improve page metrics
Identify trends across advertisers and/or platforms and use them to make recommendations
Assist in developing content strategy that both engages the user and meets client KPI metrics
Execute A/B tests, mostly focused on advertiser mix, content angle, offer depth, and page format
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to develop cross-department relationships and keep stakeholders informed of performance
3-5 years of experience optimizing landing page experience to maximize revenue and deep-funnel advertiser KPIs
Nice to have: 3-5 years of experience with Google Search; planning, managing, and optimizing Google Search campaigns
Experience using tracking/reporting platforms and/or BI tools
Analytical skills; a natural inclination to "follow the data" and making decisions and recommendations based on data - must have the ability to turn data into optimizations
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, etc.) and the ability to analyze large sets of data
Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Experienced in forecasting and budget planning
Media agency experience
Experience with reporting/analytics software such as Looker, Tableau, etc.
Experience working in a CMS (ex. Wordpress)
A general interest and knowledge of personal finance
Total Compensation & Rewards
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
