Social Media Specialist (Remote)

Position Summary:


Legacy Construction & Roofing is looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage our online presence and help grow our brand across multiple platforms. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who understands content strategy, audience engagement, and the visual side of digital storytelling—especially in service-based industries like construction, home improvement, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.

• Create graphics, reels, stories, and short-form videos using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.

• Analyze metrics and prepare monthly reports on follower growth, engagement, and campaign performance.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align messaging and promotions.

• Stay on top of trends in the construction/home service industries and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand voice and aesthetics.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

• Proficient with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Strong writing skills and a creative eye for visuals.

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools.

• Familiar with analytics tools like Facebook Insights or Google Analytics.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction, roofing, or home improvement industry.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

• Knowledge of basic SEO, paid social ads, or email marketing is a bonus.
