Digital Marketing Associate (Part-Time, Potential for Full-Time)

Burlap & Barrel is a single origin spice company based in the US - we’re a social enterprise sourcing the world’s best spices for home cooks and professional chefs. We’re looking for a smart, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate to join our small but mighty team. You'll support our eCommerce Manager and Acquisition Manager to help execute and track digital marketing initiatives that connect home cooks with our single origin spices. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and an interest in growing their career in eCommerce.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate website updates and communicate with developers to see projects through to completion

• Set up and manage email marketing flows in Klaviyo using blueprints from our eCommerce Manager

• Support affiliate and influencer campaigns — sending out spices, checking in with partners, and tracking performance

• Help keep marketing projects organized and on schedule

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Familiarity with digital platforms like Shopify, Klaviyo, and ShareASale/Awin is a plus

• A self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and is excited to learn

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
