Your Role (and Impact)

You’ll be a builder—not just an executor—owning key content and community programs that engage our audience and drive pipeline impact.

What Game-Changers Do Here:

Create Thought Leadership

  • Research, draft, and publish whitepapers, reports, and case studies

  • Plan and promote webinars and podcasts

Run Content Channels

  • Maintain a steady cadence of blog and short-form content

  • Manage organic social calendars for LinkedIn and X

  • Build and deploy newsletters and nurture emails in HubSpot

Launch & Moderate Community

  • Launch and grow a branded community (LinkedIn Group or Slack)

  • Moderate discussions and track community health metrics

Support Campaign Execution

  • Package content assets for paid media and SDR teams

  • Ensure consistency across funnel stages

Track & Optimize Performance

  • Monitor and report on content and community KPIs weekly

  • Implement AI/automation improvements to scale output

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months):

  • Publish ≥ 3 gated thought leadership assets per quarter

  • Drive 25% lift in organic social engagement

  • Generate measurable lift in MQLs from content programs

  • Document ≥ 5 process or AI/automation improvements

  • Stand up a branded community with ≥ 200 members and ≥ 30% active participation

Requirements

Real AI & Innovation Expectations

AI is a required toolset here—not a bonus skill. You’ll be expected to:

  • Continuously experiment with AI tools to improve speed, quality, and output

  • Share learnings and improvements with the team

  • Use AI as a force multiplier for creativity and efficiency—not a shortcut

You’ll Thrive If You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, journalism, or digital marketing (internships/co-ops count)

  • A strong writer with portfolio-quality work across content formats

  • Familiar with CMS (WordPress or similar), HubSpot, and SEO tools

  • Comfortable with webinar/podcast tools and basic video/audio editing

  • Experienced using AI tools to support content production

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • Skilled at building and moderating B2B professional communities

  • Proficient with community management and social listening platforms

  • Willing to travel up to 15% domestically for event support

  • $45,000 - $65,000 (based on your level & experience)
