Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive paid search strategies for Google Ads and Microsoft Ads across multiple eCommerce client accounts
Manage and optimize search, shopping, and Performance Max campaigns to achieve client ROAS targets and growth objectives
Conduct keyword research, expansion, and bid optimization to maximize campaign efficiency and reach
Write compelling ad copy for search campaigns and conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve click-through rates and conversion performance
Manage product feed optimization for Shopping campaigns in Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate product data and maximizing visibility
Monitor search term reports daily to identify expansion opportunities and refine negative keyword lists for improved targeting
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and develop actionable optimization strategies
Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting landing pages and provide feedback on landing page performance
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to maintain cutting-edge campaign strategies
Track and report on key performance metrics including ROAS, conversion rates, CPCs, impression share, and overall account health
Manage campaign budgets effectively, scaling successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency targets
Requirements
2-4 years of hands-on paid search experience managing Google Ads accounts for eCommerce brands
Proven track record of managing significant monthly ad budgets ($50K+) and achieving strong ROAS performance
Expert knowledge of Google Ads campaign structures, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns
Strong proficiency with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization techniques
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and campaign management
Strong copywriting skills with experience creating compelling ad copy that drives clicks and conversions
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategy and results clearly to clients and internal teams
Nice to Have
Google Ads certifications (Search, Shopping, Display, Video)
Experience with Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) campaign management
Familiarity with feed management tools such as DataFeedWatch, GoDataFeed, or similar platforms
Experience with analytics platforms beyond GA4, such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or other attribution tools
Background working in a DTC-focused agency environment managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
