Strong collaboration with creative strategists, designers, and project managers to maintain velocity and quality across all accounts
Responsibilities
Strategize, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok platforms for multiple client accounts
Manage daily campaign budgets, bid strategies, and pacing to meet client revenue and ROAS targets
Conduct frequent A/B testing across audiences, placements, creative formats, and messaging to identify scalable opportunities
Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimization
Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to provide performance feedback on ad creative and develop testing hypotheses
Build and refine audience segments using Meta’s targeting capabilities, including custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based targeting
Monitor and troubleshoot pixel implementation, conversion tracking, and attribution to ensure accurate performance measurement
Prepare and present weekly or bi-weekly performance reports to clients, highlighting wins, learnings, and strategic next steps
Maintain constant communication with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and campaign objectives
Identify opportunities to scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency metrics
Stay current on platform updates, new features, and industry best practices across Meta, TikTok, and emerging social platforms
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure error-free campaign launches and ad copy accuracy
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on paid social media buying experience, with a proven track record managing Meta Ads Manager (Facebook and Instagram advertising)
Demonstrated experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50,000 or more for direct-to-consumer or eCommerce brands
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
Expert knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, events, custom conversions)
Experience developing and executing creative testing methodologies, including structured A/B testing frameworks
Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously in an agency environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients
Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain quality while working at high velocity
Nice to Have
Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads, or Pinterest Ads platforms
Familiarity with attribution and analytics tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Rockerbox
Meta Blueprint certification or other relevant platform certifications
Experience with Google Ads or other paid media channels to support integrated campaign strategies
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices
Knowledge of email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or experience working with retention marketing strategies
