As the Executive Chief of Staff at Liminal, you will be instrumental in supporting both executives with day-to-day operations, project and program management, and strategic initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring the executive offices run smoothly and effectively. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Executive Support
Calendar Management: Protect and manage the calendars of the CEO and COO, scheduling meetings, and ensuring optimal time management.
Email Management: Respond to emails on behalf of the CEO and COO, maintaining clear and professional communication.
Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, materials, and briefings for meetings, ensuring the executives are well-informed and prepared.
Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage air travel, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO and COO, ensuring seamless logistics.
Personal Business Matters: Assist with personal business matters as needed, ensuring the executives' personal and professional responsibilities are well-coordinated.
Project and Program Management
KPI Collection and Reporting: Oversee the collection and reporting of key performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations.
Project Coordination: Manage cross-functional projects and programs, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the executive offices.
Strategic Planning and Execution
Strategic Initiatives: Assist the CEO and COO in developing and executing strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Decision Support: Provide analysis and insights to support decision-making, leveraging data and market intelligence.
Leadership and Collaboration
Acting on Behalf of Executives: Represent the CEO and COO in meetings and communications, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and various departments to ensure seamless execution of company initiatives.
Mentorship and Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Communication and Relationship Management
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO and COO effectively.
Internal Communication: Facilitate communication between the executives and other departments, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably in a growing international tech startup
Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Attributes: High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Ability to work independently in highly ambiguous settings, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
