Trilingual Sales Development Representative

⭐ Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an SDR at Lodgify, you will play a vital role in prequalifying leads and driving our sales efforts forward. If you're eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment, this role is perfect for you.

⭐ How Will You Make an Impact?

  • Engage and qualify leads generated by Lodgify’s marketing efforts through telephone, chat, or email

  • Clearly communicate Lodgify’s value and benefits, tailoring your pitch to each customer’s needs

  • Manage a high volume of inbound chats and calls, uncover customer needs, and position Lodgify as the best-fit solution

  • Prospect actively with high activity targets (100 calls a day)

  • Connect with inbound leads in real time through live web chat and inbound calls

  • Pass qualified leads to the Sales team and support them in closing deals more efficiently

  • Manage all interactions in HubSpot CRM, ensuring activity is logged and records are accurate

  • Contribute to projects that improve sales operations and processes

  • Share insights and strategies with the Sales team to enhance results and better understand customer needs

⭐ What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • At least 1 year in a customer-facing role within the same company; prior sales experience is a strong plus

  • Excellent spoken and written English, plus fluency in French + Spanish or Italian

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a confident, engaging phone presence

  • Genuine enthusiasm for web-based solutions and ability to share that excitement with potential customers

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced digital environment

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Gmail, and Google tools
