Principal Product Marketing Manager
The Job
As our Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will be the company’s chief storyteller, shaping how our platform is understood, valued, and chosen by customers, partners, and analysts. While storytelling is central, this is not an evangelist role. The primary focus is disciplined, high-quality Product Marketing execution.
Your core mandate is to launch new product marketing campaigns that drive pipeline, improve conversion, and strengthen field enablement across the Logpoint Platform. You will build positioning, messaging, ICP programs, content, and enablement that help the market understand our portfolio and help Sales win more effectively. You will also present in strategic settings when strong storytelling accelerates a deal, partnership, or analyst outcome.
This is a remote, Europe-based role for a senior PMM with deep SecOps expertise who can think like a practitioner, translate complex SecOps workflows into compelling stories, demo security use cases live, guide sales engineers on best practices, and represent the product confidently in front of expert audiences.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Positioning & Messaging Leadership
Own the overarching messaging architecture for Logpoint’s portfolio.
Develop differentiated narratives aligned to our ICPs: Regional MSSPs and regulated mid-market organizations.
Build persona-specific messaging for CISOs, SOC leaders, analysts, MSSP owners, and decision-makers.
PMM Program Development
Design and run PMM-led programs that support pipeline creation and GTM alignment.
Build ICP- and industry-specific playbooks tied to NIS2, DORA, sovereignty, SOC workflows, and operational efficiency.
Partner with Demand Gen to translate narratives into campaigns that resonate and convert.
Establish structured PMM rhythms for launch readiness, messaging updates, and field storytelling.
Hands-On Content Creation
Create polished, impactful collateral, including:
Solution briefs, persona narratives, product fact sheets.
Use case guides, regulatory/alignment stories, and ROI-focused content.
Pitch decks, narrative frameworks, ICP-specific messaging assets.
Maintain a high editorial standard across all materials.
GTM Enablement & Field Support
Develop role-based enablement for AEs, SEs, and Partners.
Create demo talk tracks, messaging guides, and pitch materials that increase confidence and conversion.
Deliver enablement sessions rooted in value-based messaging and real SOC workflows.
Support Sales in strategic deals where storytelling can accelerate momentum.
What You Bring to the Table:
Exceptional storyteller — able to make complex cybersecurity simple, compelling, and differentiated.
High-impact presenter when needed — confident and clear in executive, customer, partner, and analyst settings.
Hands-on creator — personally produces exceptional, high-quality PMM materials.
Strategic PMM operator — builds structure, programs, and frameworks that scale.
Collaborative leader — works fluidly across Product, Sales, Marketing, and CX.
Your Skills and Experience:
Significant Product Marketing experience in cybersecurity (SIEM, NDR, XDR, MDR, SecOps, or adjacent categories).
Deep understanding of SOC workflows, MSSP economics, detections, compliance triggers, and regulatory drivers.
Track record of building messaging, content, and programs that improve pipeline and conversion.
Experience supporting analyst relations and crafting market-facing narratives.
Strong written, verbal, and conceptual storytelling skills; editorial instincts are excellent.
Operates autonomously, drives clarity, and executes with precision.
