We’re seeking a Senior Recruiter with expertise in the European and the LatAm regions to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across all seniority levels. This person will also drive strategic recruiting initiatives and continuously refine our recruitment strategies.

The Role

  • Interview candidates at all seniority levels and assess viability according to the technical and soft-skills requirements for each role.

  • Manage candidates through our Loka recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and cultural fit.

  • Build relationships with hiring managers to ensure an efficient and high-quality process.

  • Propose and lead regional and global recruiting initiatives.

  • Assess job market to ensure we offer competitive compensation packages.

  • Track and analyze recruitment data and propose solutions based on the relevant metrics.

  • Suggest and implement improvements along the entire recruiting process.

Required Hard Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting technical profiles

  • Strong interviewing and candidate-management skills

  • Proficiency with ATS platforms for tracking candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle (Greenhouse experience is an advantage)

  • Expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent

  • Ability to analyze recruitment metrics, trends and KPIs to optimize hiring processes

  • Experience managing multiple recruitment projects, timelines and stakeholders effectively

Additional Requirements

  • Excellent English language skills

  • Clean criminal record
