Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced full stack developer to join our growing technology team. You’ll work in a deeply iterative, collaborative, fast-paced environment to bring our technology to thousands of patients and mental health clinicians around the United States, and ensure it’s delivered with safety and reliability in mind. We value developers who are self-starters, care deeply about improving our healthcare systems, and take pride in building products to solve patient needs.

In this role, you will:

• Partner closely with mental health clinicians and staff to design and bring new features to our platform

• Design and build efficient and reusable front and backend systems that drive complex web applications

• Plan and deploy frontend and backend infrastructure necessary to build, test, and deploy our products

You might thrive in this role if:

• Have at least 5 years of experience building production-ready web apps at scale using TypeScript, React, Node, Postgres and other modern web technologies.

• Are comfortable building complex applications and systems from the ground up, with limited development infrastructure available to you.

• Have a voracious and intrinsic desire to learn and fill in missing skills. An equally strong talent for sharing that information clearly and concisely with others.

• Are comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions. You view changes as an opportunity to add structure and order when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Typescript, React

• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js

• Experience with AWS infrastructure and basic DevOps

• A comprehensive knowledge of SQL and running Postgres databases at scale

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.

• Passion for women's mental health and a commitment to making a positive impact.

• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and data privacy regulations.

• Must be able to work EST hours

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation Range: $4,000+ per month, based on location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.
