Sr Marketing Manager

About MaidThis Franchise

MaidThis is a fast-growing home cleaning franchise brand with locations across the US. We help franchise owners build profitable, remote-run cleaning businesses....and our marketing system is a core part of what franchisees are looking for when they join MaidThis. We're a lean, remote-first team that moves fast and holds a high bar.

Your Role

We're hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager to own franchisee lead gen and conversions across our network. You bring the performance marketing chops (paid social, funnels, local SEO) and you apply them to one job: making sure our franchise owners are getting quality leads and turning them into booked jobs.

You'll manage the vendors, set and allocate budgets across markets, coach franchise owners on what's working, and iterate the marketing package every quarter. You're the person who sees the full funnel across every location, knows what's broken, and fixes it.

What You'll Own

  • Manage our marketing vendor relationships and Vendor Hub

  • Monitor paid budgets (Meta, Thumbtack, etc) across franchisee markets β€” own the numbers

  • Provide systems to help franchisees optimize conversions of leads, identify bottlenecks and gaps

  • Monitor SEO performance and direct vendors on priorities

  • Experiment with new marketing initiatives to roll out to the system

  • Monitor performance of email marketing funnels, quotation follow ups, etc, and improve metrics

  • Track KPIs across every market β€” build the dashboards, run the reviews, cut what isn't working

  • Quarterly: refresh and upgrade the marketing package (new channels, new playbooks)

  • Identify and deploy AI tools that improve conversion and efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 4–10 years in consumer or performance marketing β€” multi-location experience strongly preferred (agency managing multiple brands, or in-house at a multi-location brand)

  • You've owned and set budgets across locations, not just executed someone else's plan β€” you know how to allocate, shift spend, and defend the numbers

  • You're a genuine data nerd: funnels, conversion rates, CPL, CAC β€” this is the language you naturally think in

  • Highly organized and systems-minded β€” you build repeatable tracking and reporting structures, not ad hoc spreadsheets

  • Strong background in local business marketing

  • Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

  • AI-native: you know how to deploy AI agents to optimize existing assets & processes

To Apply

  • Send your resume + 2–3 examples of campaigns or marketing systems you personally owned and what the results were. That's the most important part of your application.

Don't let this one get away.
