Senior Growth Marketer for Matsui Hair

Note – this is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives on achieving measurable results.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Brand Growth

Develop and execute advanced growth strategies that align with our premium brand positioning and drive profitable customer acquisition.
Oversee data-driven initiatives across paid media, email, and organic channels while maintaining a consistent and elevated brand voice.
Create and implement testing frameworks to optimize conversions while retaining our luxury market appeal.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are in line with Matsui’s professional and modern aesthetic.

Performance & Analytics

Take ownership of critical performance metrics
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns targeting professional stylists and salon owners.
Build detailed reporting systems to monitor performance, guide decision-making, and identify growth opportunities.
Scale successful campaigns while adhering to strict profitability goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership

Work with product and merchandising teams to align growth strategies with new product launches.
Partner with creative teams to ensure all marketing materials represent Matsui’s refined aesthetic and professional tone.
Collaborate with finance to manage ad spend and maintain healthy unit economics.
Lead email and CRM initiatives to nurture long-term relationships with professional stylist customers.

Requirements

Experience

3+ years of experience in growth marketing, ideally within premium or luxury DTC brands.
Proven success in scaling customer acquisition programs profitably.
Strong expertise in performance marketing across paid social, search, and emerging platforms.

Technical Skills

Extensive experience with paid media platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms.
Deep understanding of email marketing automation and CRM tools.
Skilled at analyzing complex data and translating insights into actionable strategies.
