First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. It’s impossible to capture every nuance of a role – especially at a rapidly growing company like Mews – but if we had to distil it down to a job description (which we do because this is a job description), it would be this:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Growth team to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of self-service, activation, onboarding, and connectivity features within the Mews platform. This role is pivotal in enabling product-led growth, optimising the end-to-end guest journey, and ensuring seamless interactions from booking to check-out and beyond. You will be responsible for shaping the hospitality technology landscape by creating intuitive, scalable, and automated solutions that drive adoption and engagement.
✅ Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Define and execute a roadmap that leverages self-service, automation, and AI-driven insights to enhance guest activation and onboarding experiences.
Deeply understand the needs, behaviours, and pain points of guests and hospitality providers through research, data analysis, and direct engagement.
Continuously test, iterate, and refine experiences through A/B testing, user feedback, and data-driven insights to optimise activation and retention.
Enhance integrations with third-party services and connectivity solutions to create a frictionless, end-to-end guest experience.
Develop intuitive, scalable self-service tools that empower hospitality businesses to configure and optimise their guest experiences effortlessly.
Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver high-impact, growth-oriented features.
Leverage analytics and experimentation to inform product decisions, improve conversion rates, and drive adoption of self-service functionalities.
Define clear success metrics, manage backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases.
🤝️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring a few of the below with you:
5+ years in (Growth) product management, with a focus on (one or more of): hospitality technology, product-led growth, activation and onboarding experiences, connectivity.
Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and modern product development practices in SaaS or hospitality tech environments.
Strong history of running experiments, A/B tests, and continuously adapting your strategy based on the results of your experiments. Bonus points for experiments to drive (product-led) growth and/or AI-powered experiments to automate onboarding journeys to complex SaaS products.
Experience using data to drive product decisions and measure success.
Excellent storytelling, stakeholder management, and ability to inspire teams around a shared vision.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritise ruthlessly, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the hospitality industry or travel technology space.
Knowledge of guest experience platforms, self-check-in solutions, or personalisation technologies.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
