Modash is the starting place to create sponsorships for thousands of creators every month. We help creators find their voice and be visible for brands to find them. Modash platform helps iconic consumer brands scale their partnerships with online creators. Weâre looking for a full-time Business Development Representative to help us grow faster and build relationships with Enterprise customers.
Requirements
Weâre looking for a future sales builder whoâs eager to help us establish and scale our Enterprise Sales function. This isnât your typical BDR role. Youâll work directly with our Head of Enterprise (Matthias) to lay the foundation for how we win and grow relationships with the worldâs biggest brands.
At Modash, a BDR doesnât just hit volume targets â they build deep relationships with high-value prospects, help companies unlock the power of influencer marketing, and contribute to a smarter, more scalable sales engine. Youâll focus on qualifying enterprise leads (inbound & outbound), driving outreach experiments, and working tightly with AEs to book meetings that convert.

What you will do in this role:
Research key accounts and identify high-potential decision-makers
Personalize and send outreach across LinkedIn, email, and phone
Follow up with inbound leads and manage early-stage conversations
Qualify enterprise opportunities and book meetings for the AE team
Log all activity and insights in our CRM
Partner with AE & Marketing to refine messaging, share intel, and close gaps
Contribute to testing new tactics and improving outreach sequences
Stay sharp â continually learn about the market, our product, and sales best practices

Who weâre looking for:
While prior BDR or SDR experience is required, character and personality are most important. Weâre looking to understand what you have done in the past that has made you successful (work or not-work related). Having excellent âsoftâ skills like communication, relationship building, and organization are important. In addition, weâd love to see:
A proven Track Record in SDR or BDR role in a fast-growing startup environment. Working with enterprise customers is a plus.
Curiosity and Empathy to be a good listener, understand your clients' drivers and be hungry for new ways to improve sales.

Youâll be based in Toronto but have at least 4 working hours overlapping with GMT+3 each day and feel comfortable working in US time zones.
You should be excellent in English, written and verbal. Our team is distributed across many countries in Europe, but we work & collaborate with clients day-to-day in English.
And lastly, you should be good at written communication as you are writing creative messages to leads, prospects, and customers. Youâll be working remotely in a distributed team, so itâs important that we can collaborate asynchronously. We heavily prioritize candidates with strong writing skills.
