People Care Specialist

About the role

 We are looking for a People Care S to join our awesome HR Team! If you consider yourself as a responsible person, with excellent communication and interpersonal relationships, this is your chance!

You will be giving your input regarding activities, team building, benefits management, feedback process, onboarding and trainings. 


We are seeking for a person to help build boom! experiences from the People area, so that the people who are part of Moovx, can fulfill their role in the best way. Empowering the team that accompanies the strategy and growth of the business.

This person will have full ownership over the design and implementation of the strategies of the area. It is a project from scratch. 

Focus on FIDELIZING and EMPOWERING the best talent.

People Care will partner with all areas of the company to help build teams. This will involve driving recruitment of top talent, coaching in team leadership, helping to resolve employee relations issues and managing programs that help personal development.
This position is a key strategic function in the company that helps grow the business and builds on the people oriented MOOVX culture.

Main responsibilities

- Create communication schemes with MOOVX teams in order to identify points of improvement on working conditions, critical issues and/or potential employee network flags.
- Provide HR support and consultation across the business on the most complex issues, supporting staff, and C Level in all related areas including: recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, and people development.
- Provide useful data to have correct decision making and enable the business to scale effectively and efficiently.
- Provide leadership on people-related issues and policies across the company.
- Be able to communicate with all levels of the company and support business development and change.

Must Have

  • 2+ years of experience working as a People Care Analyst.

  • Advanced English.
