Content Strategy Manager
Role Overview:
The Content Strategy Manager will be instrumental in defining and executing MSPbots’ content vision. This role involves building a robust, innovative content strategy to drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support lead generation efforts. You will leverage data, insights, and AI tools to optimize content creation, streamline workflows, and position MSPbots as a thought leader in the MSP industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy Development:
a. Design and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with MSPbots’ brand and business goals.
b. Own the content roadmap, focusing on themes like operational efficiency, data organization, and automation for MSPs.
c. Utilize AI and data analytics to guide content planning, identify trends, and prioritize high-impact content opportunities.
d. Develop an editorial calendar, coordinating cross-functional input to ensure alignment and timely execution.
2. Content Creation and Optimization:
a. Direct content creation across multiple formats (blogs, whitepapers, infographics, videos, etc.), ensuring consistency, quality, and relevance.
b. Employ AI-powered tools to enhance content creation, streamline editing, optimize for SEO, and improve engagement metrics.
c. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop insightful, high-value content that positions MSPbots as an industry leader.
d. Ensure all content reflects the brand voice, meets quality standards, and is tailored to the needs of key audience segments.
3. Content Distribution and Promotion:
a. Manage content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels, including social media, email, and website.
b. Work with the Digital Marketing team to leverage AI for optimizing content promotion, targeting, and timing to maximize reach and engagement.
c. Partner with Social Media and Demand Generation teams to ensure a cohesive approach to content distribution across all channels.
4. Data Analytics and AI-Driven Insights:
a. Monitor content performance, using analytics and AI insights to refine strategies, inform content choices, and enhance user engagement.
b. Utilize AI tools for A/B testing, trend analysis, and audience segmentation, ensuring content strategy remains data-driven.
c. Provide regular reports on content effectiveness, offering insights and recommendations to optimize the overall content approach.
5. Collaboration and Process Improvement:
a. Work closely with Product, Sales, Professional Services, Client Experience (Onboarding), and Customer Success teams to align content strategy with product updates, sales enablement, and customer needs.
b. Manage relationships with external writers, designers, and other content providers, incorporating AI tools to streamline processes.
c. Identify opportunities to improve content workflows, using AI and automation to boost efficiency and scale content production.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
· 5+ years of experience in content strategy, ideally within SaaS, B2B technology, or MSP industries.
· Proven experience in designing and executing content strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
· Strong understanding of AI tools and their applications in content creation, optimization, and distribution is a Plus.
· Excellent writing, editing, and strategic planning skills with a focus on SEO and content marketing best practices.
· Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems.
· Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
