Position Overview:

Naked Nutrition is seeking a Director of Procurement to lead purchasing and vendor
strategy for our expanding product line. This role is critical to ensure our supply chain
remains cost-effective, responsive, and aligned with our commitment to clean, high-
quality ingredients. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone who’s
equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and building systems from the ground up as
they are negotiating six-figure deals.

This is a fully remote - 1099 position.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Procurement of raw materials, packaging, and co-manufacturing

• Manage and grow relationships with suppliers and co-manufacturers

• Forecast demand, avoid stockouts, and keep costs tight

• Track purchasing KPIs, supplier performance, and savings initiatives

• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans

• Ensure all purchased goods meet regulatory standards and quality benchmarks

• Drive contract negotiations, vendor vetting, and ingredient sourcing

• Help build and mentor a lean, high-impact procurement team over time

What You Bring:

• 5-8 years in procurement / operations—ideally in CPG or Nutrition

• A builder’s mindset - you’ve created processes from scratch, not just managed
  them

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

• Experience working with a small team where you had to wear a lot of hats

• Comfort with ambiguity, urgency, and changing priorities

• Data-savvy with strong forecasting and cost analysis chops

• Passion for wellness, nutrition, and clean ingredients

• Know your way around NetSuite or similar ERP systems
