Social Media Manager

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to grow our real estate presence on Instagram and Facebook through a strategic, AI-powered content workflow.

This person will be responsible for researching relevant real estate topics, planning content, designing posts, publishing consistently, growing engagement, and helping generate qualified leads for the business. They should be highly skilled at using AI tools to improve the full workflow, including content ideation, market research, caption writing, visual design support, repurposing content, and reporting.

This role will also be responsible for tracking leads generated from social media, keeping lead records organized, and ensuring every lead has a clear and updated status from the sales lead or advisor handling the opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a social media growth strategy for a real estate brand on Instagram and Facebook

  • Create weekly and monthly content calendars aligned with business goals

  • Use AI tools to support the full content workflow, including:

    • local market topic research

    • buyer and seller pain point research

    • content ideation

    • caption and hook creation

    • visual concept generation

    • design support

    • repurposing content into multiple formats

    • reporting and performance analysis

  • Create or coordinate content such as:

    • property highlight posts

    • carousels

    • reels

    • stories

    • educational real estate content

    • neighborhood and lifestyle content

    • lead generation campaigns

  • Design high-quality visuals using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or AI-assisted design platforms

  • Research trends in the local real estate market and identify key topics that attract buyers, sellers, and investors

  • Help position the brand as trusted, active, and knowledgeable in the real estate space

  • Monitor comments, inboxes, and engagement activity, and support timely follow-up

  • Track all leads generated through Instagram and Facebook, including DMs, forms, ads, and calls to action

  • Maintain lead records in a CRM or lead tracking system

  • Follow up with the sales lead, realtor, or advisor to ensure each lead has an updated status

  • Build reports showing:

    • account growth

    • engagement

    • reach

    • content performance

    • inquiries generated

    • lead status progression

  • Continuously improve performance through testing, analytics, and content optimization


Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and growing Instagram and Facebook accounts, preferably for real estate

  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience growth, and lead generation

  • Experience using AI tools for research, writing, design assistance, and workflow efficiency

  • Ability to create engaging content for buyers, sellers, and investors

  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to make content informative and conversion-focused

  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, or similar

  • Experience tracking leads and maintaining organized status updates

  • Comfortable coordinating with sales or client-facing team members to keep pipeline information current

  • Strong organizational and reporting skills

  • Ability to work independently and consistently deliver content on schedule

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience in real estate marketing

  • Familiarity with real estate content such as listings, open houses, neighborhood spotlights, testimonials, market updates, and educational posts

  • Experience with Meta ads or boosted campaigns

  • Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems

  • Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form videos

  • Understanding of how to turn social traffic into qualified real estate inquiries

Success Metrics

This role will be evaluated based on:

  • Growth of Instagram and Facebook accounts

  • Consistency and quality of content production

  • Engagement and reach

  • Number of qualified real estate leads generated

  • Accuracy and consistency of lead tracking

  • Percentage of leads with updated sales or advisor status

  • Improvement in inquiry-to-conversation or inquiry-to-appointment rate
