Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help us find, launch, and scale the channels that drive SignWell's growth. You'll report directly to the Head of Marketing and work as a key execution partner, helping turn strategy into campaigns, experiments, and results.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. If you thrive in a fast-moving startup environment, love testing new ideas, and trying new things, this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

  • Support our HubSpot instance with workflows, emails, landing pages, and reporting.

  • Draft and build sales sequences and manage outbound lists.

  • Maintain and update our WordPress site, including landing pages and campaign assets.

  • Create on-brand visual assets in Canva for ads, emails, social media, and more.

  • Manage social accounts and mentions.

  • Track and report on performance using Google Analytics, Amplitude, and Crazy Egg.

  • Identify, test, and scale new marketing channels in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.

  • Track projects and outcomes in Trello.

  • Support SEO, content, and lifecycle marketing initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Very strong English skills.

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience within a startup or high-growth environment.

  • Proficiency in HubSpot (or a comparable marketing automation platform).

  • Comfortable working in WordPress and designing in Canva.

  • Analytical mindset: you're at home in Google Analytics and enjoy connecting data to decisions.

  • Experience with or curiosity about product analytics tools like Amplitude and heatmap tools like Crazy Egg.

  • A self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do next.

  • Strong written communication skills: you can write a compelling subject line and a clear project brief.

  • Genuinely curious: about our customers, our competitors, and what's working in marketing right now.

  • You love working with AI, but you know you have to manually review and fact-check responses to ensure high-quality output.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.)

  • Basic HTML/CSS for email or landing page edits

  • Experience with Zapier

  • Intermediate Google Sheet user (able to work with formulas and pivot tables is a huge plus)

  • Hands-on experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing Ads)
