Are you the one?

Nethermind, a leading blockchain research and software development company, is seeking an organized and proactive Events Coordinator to join our Events Team. This role is essential for managing a variety of online events, including online meetings, bootcamps and hackathons, in collaboration with our internal teams and external partners. The Events Coordinator will be instrumental in planning and executing these events, focusing on coordination with speakers, planning activities, and managing event logistics. Ideal for individuals passionate about community engagement, and planning and adept in a remote-first work environment.

What will you work on?

  • Plan and execute online events and hackathons, closely collaborating with various internal teams and external partners

  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to confirm speakers and manage event-related communications.

  • Assist in developing and tracking event-related bounties and challenges.

  • Provide logistical support for online events, ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement.

Do you meet these skills criteria?

  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working across different time zones.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

  • An interest in blockchain technology; technical knowledge is a plus but not required.

  • Proficiency in coordinating complex projects and events.

Do you need any previous experience?
