The Opportunity

As a Sales Representative at NetReputation, you'll be part of a structured, supportive sales organization designed to help people with little or no industry experience become elite closers. You won't be dropped into the deep end and told to figure it out — you'll be trained, coached, and equipped from day one.

What You'll Do

• Work a curated pipeline of inbound and outbound leads — we provide the opportunities, you close them

• Conduct discovery conversations to understand a prospect's reputation challenges, business goals, and digital presence

• Present tailored ORM, PR, and SEO solutions using a consultative, needs-based approach

• Manage your pipeline through our CRM (Zoho), tracking activity, follow-ups, and deal progress

• Guide prospects through the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement

• Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

• Meet weekly with your sales manager and training team to refine your skills and strategy

Who We're Looking For

Required:

• A genuine hunger to build a high-income sales career

• Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and over video call

• Coachable, curious, and process-driven

• Comfortable working remotely with discipline and focus

A Plus (But Not Required):

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing

• Familiarity with ORM, PR, SEO, Social Media, Paid Search Advertising or online brand management

• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

• Background in client-facing roles — even retail, hospitality, or customer service counts

Compensation

• Base Salary: $50,000

• First-Year Commission Potential: $25,000–$50,000+

• Realistic Year 2–3 Total Compensation: $100,000–$200,000+

• Top Performer Earnings: $200,000–$400,000+ annually
