🎬 Remote Sales Rep (Setter + Closer) - Marketing Agency · Part-Time

🎬 Remote Sales Rep (Setter + Closer) β€” Marketing Agency Β· Part-Time

🏒 Who we are

We're Episode, a marketing agency that helps law firms and high-ticket service businesses (think roofing, HVAC, home services) get clients online. We build the whole machine for them β€” paid ads, AI-driven content, and video production β€” so they get a real brand and a steady flow of leads without figuring any of it out themselves.

We're small, we move fast, and you'd be working directly with the founder.

🎯 The role

This is a full-cycle sales role. You start the conversation, and you finish it. Two things sit at the center of it:

  1. Recording Looms for warm and cold leads β€” short personalized videos to open the conversation and get prospects interested.

  2. Running Zoom sales calls with those leads β€” getting on the call and closing them.

We hand you the leads and the plan, so you're never staring at a blank list. Nothing fancy β€” we'll show you exactly how.

You don't need a background in law, home services, or even marketing. We'll teach you the offer inside out. What matters far more is that you're a natural communicator and you're genuinely eager to learn. Bring that, and the rest we can teach.

βœ… This is for you if:

  • You actually like talking to people and starting conversations

  • A "no" rolls off you instead of ruining your day

  • You want to learn sales properly and get better every week

  • You'd rather own your results than be micromanaged

❌ This is not for you if:

  • Reaching out to strangers makes you anxious

  • You need someone standing over you to stay on track

  • You're not interested in learning or growing into more

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • Clear, natural spoken English that sounds right to a US ear (native or near-native)

  • Some sales or strong communication experience β€” but drive and coachability matter more than a big rΓ©sumΓ©

  • Reliable internet and a quiet space for calls

  • Open to hopping onto US-time calls when a US prospect books (otherwise your hours are flexible)

  • Work from anywhere

πŸ’° Compensation

Part-time. You get a monthly base plus uncapped commission for every client you close. Realistically, expect somewhere between $1,000 and $4,000 a month, depending on how much you close. The ceiling is yours to raise.

πŸš€ Where this is headed

Here's the honest part: this role is new and still in testing β€” and that's exactly why the right person has so much room to grow. As we prove it out, this can grow into something much bigger, in more directions than one.

We deeply value long-term partnerships. If we click, this isn't a short gig β€” it's built to be a lasting, well-paying relationship for both of us.

πŸ“© How to apply

Tell me, in a few lines, why you think you'd be a good fit. Ideally, record a short video too β€” it's not required, but it helps you stand out and it's a good sign you're comfortable on camera.

Frequently Asked Questions

When would you like the new hire to start?
As soon as we find the right person. We're ready to go, so once we click with someone, we can get started right away.
What's the pay and time commitment? (add as a custom question)
To start, we're thinking part time, around 20 hours a week, with a set rate for that time plus bonuses for every client you close. Down the road this can grow into a full time position. Pay is worked out individually, and our goal is to set it up so you can see clear room to grow and build something with us for the long run.
What does the company actually do?
We help law firms and higher ticket service businesses grow their brand and get more clients through paid ads and content. Basically, we build the whole system that gets their name out there and brings leads in. Our core packages usually include: building out a content plan, helping organize the filming, managing their social media, launching and managing their ads, setting up AI automations, setting up their CRM, and sending regular reports so they always know what's working. What are some perks and benefits of the job?
This part of our business is still pretty new. We launched it about a year and a half ago, so there's a lot of room to grow, in almost any direction you want to take it. Where it goes really depends on you and how much you want to run with it. If you're the kind of person who wants to grow into something bigger over time, there's real space for that here.
Is there a trial or test period? About how long?
Yeah, we usually start with a paid one month trial. It gives us time to fully onboard you, take the first steps together, and see if this is a good fit for both sides. And if a few weeks in you realize it's not really your thing, that's totally okay. It's always better to figure that out early than to keep doing something you don't enjoy. When someone's in the right seat, everyone gets a much better result from it.
How long is this position?
We're looking for someone for the long run. The way we see it, both sides really win over time, and that only happens when the person is happy with how things are going. So we'll always look for a setup where both of us can grow and feel good about it. A lot of our team has been with us for years, and that kind of stability is a big reason things run so smoothly.
How does the commission work?
We sell 4 month packages that usually land somewhere between $6,000 and $12,000 total. You earn 10% of the full contract value on every client you close, so that's roughly $600 to $1,200 per client, paid out as the client pays us. Some packages run higher than that depending on what the client needs, which means your commission goes up too. There's no cap. The more you close, the more you make. There's no cap here. Once we get this rolling, your earning potential is wide open, and the more you close, the more you make.
Are there set hours I need to be working during the day?
Not strict ones. This is a new role for us and we're still shaping how it runs, so we're keeping it flexible for now. To start it's part time, around 20 hours a week. But the real focus is results, not clocking time. We're not here to watch the clock or count your minutes. As soon as we start seeing results together, we'll shift the focus toward numbers that actually matter, like booked calls and closed clients, instead of hours worked.

Could this job be the one?
