UX Writer

What is Noda?

Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants' bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, Canada, and Australia (Singapore up next!), we're seeking a talented UX Writer to be part of our dynamic team. 

Your mission:

  • Ability to carefully and thoughtfully improve interface texts while working closely with product designers, researchers, developers, the legal team, and product managers;

  • Ability to justify every decision you propose;

  • Understand and account for the specifics of developing IT products;

  • Quickly grasp the logic of nearly any interface and feel comfortable asking the right (sometimes, wrong) questions;

  • Proactively and timely gather the necessary information from internal stakeholders to prepare the UX copy;

  • Write about complex topics in a clear, concise, and simple manner;

  • Dive into specific B2B, Open Banking and other fintech terminology;

  • Prioritise tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines;

  • Ability to follow and participate in creating editorial guidelines and advocate for them when working with stakeholders;

  • Conduct regular audits and perform planned and ad hoc corrections of existing UX copy;

  • Monitor quality of localisation.

What are your skills and experience:

  • Over 3 years of experience as a UX product writer

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Fintech and B2B

  • English: native level

  • Excellent knowledge of Figma

  • Understanding the inner workings of, and ability to work within an IT product structure

  • Skilled at writing in a clear and modern manner, ability to adjust writing style as necessary

  • Capable of asking the right questions and digging into details

  • Respectful of guidelines and able to contribute to them

  • Other languages are an advantage

Our budget for this role is €2800-€3300 gross per month. We give preference to candidates located within a 2-3 hour time difference from Central European Time (CET)
