Business Analyst

The Business Analyst, Marketing & Enrollment role supports the Noodle Marketing & Enrollment Operations and Analytics teams to manage a set of web-based sales and marketing tools, included but not limited to, Google Analytics, Zapier, and Cookiebot, and works with internal marketing and enrollment teams as well as Noodle’s central product and technical teams to troubleshoot data flow and configuration issues. In addition, the Business Analyst will learn about and create documentation for a variety of tools used by the Marketing and Enrollment teams, becoming a point of contact for other members of the Marketing team needing assistance with the tools.

As our Business Analyst, Marketing & Enrollment you will:

  • Collect requirements from M&E service teams and draft business requirements documents (BRDs) for enhancements to the M&E product stack and tool kit

  • Monitor existing lead form integrations to ensure lead flow is not interrupted

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure they are correctly integrating their tools with Noodle’s lead collection API

  • Partner with the Solutions team, ensuring they have the correct requirements for any DNS requests to universities

  • Identify the root causes of issues as they arise and help to develop international communications and suggested resolutions, working across Noodle’s technology, product and M&E service teams

  • Configure web tracking measures for websites, student applications and other digital experiences

  • Provide training to end users as needed on how to use these marketing and enrollment tools, and maintain training documentation as needed

  • Identify and suggest updates to best practices of our implementations, ensuring excellence is consistent and design is replicable

  • Work with M&E operations & analytics to analyze performance of new products and enhancements

  • Document support activities, issues and resolutions for reference purposes

  • Monitor product performance and recommend alterations that increase efficiency

You have:

  • B.S./B.A. or equivalent experience and certifications

  • At least 3 years of experience analyzing processes and supporting teams to scale

  • Familiarity with a wide variety of marketing & sales technology and data management tools, including some combination of Zapier, Wordpress, Salesforce, API integrations

  • Technical nimbleness, an action-oriented outlook, and forward thinking mindset

  • Experience standardizing processes including testing, building, and documenting the necessary steps for deploying integrations, illustrating workflows, resolving escalated issues, and utilizing support tools

  • Extremely organized with great attention to detail

  • Excellent management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize

  • Ability to train colleagues on best application of learning technologies to achieve program and course outcomes

  • Proven ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with associated deadlines

  • 2+ years of experience Education Technology, Higher Education, and/or Online Program Management a plus

  • Existing knowledge of Google Analytics a plus

$67,400 - $75,000 a year
