Production Coordinator

We’re looking for a creative, inquisitive, strategic “do-er” to join our team and lead the creation process for new ads - from ideation, to script-writing, to post production with our video editing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling

  • Manage monthly content production shoot schedules

  • Receive and review production briefs from Creative Strategists

  • Assign shoot dates based on brands, talent profile optimization, and resource availability to maximize efficiency across shoot days

  • Create day-by-day production schedules and timelines

Timeline Enforcement

  • Enforce two-step production timeline: initial booking and final details

  • Ensure all production briefs are complete and approved at least 10 days before shoot dates

  • Track and follow up on outstanding submissions and incomplete briefs

Resource Coordination

  • Coordinate talent booking across multiple brands

  • Manage location sourcing and booking (Airbnbs, specialty venues, outdoor spaces)

  • Coordinate props and equipment needs for scheduled shoots

Communication & Administration

  • Serve as liaison between Creative Strategists and in-house production team

  • Communicate shoot schedules and requirements to all relevant parties

  • Review briefs for completeness and flag logistical challenges

  • Maintain production tracking systems and organized records

  • Problem-solve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience as a Production Coordinator or in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge and experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs & Sheets) and Notion (or a similar project management tool)

  • Solid understanding of social media

  • Strong teamwork skills

  • Strong communication skills
