Marketing Manager

How you will make an impact:

The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic and hands-on role responsible for driving digital presence and sales support for our Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions. You will lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies across web, social, email, and content channels to enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support measurable business growth.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Leadership to build campaigns that truly move the needle. If you're passionate about storytelling, data-driven marketing, and helping a global brand grow, we’d love to meet you. This is an individual contributor role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Regional Campaigns & Demand Generation: Build and run demand generation programs that deliver qualified pipeline, accelerate deals, and directly support revenue targets.

  • Analytics & Optimization: Track and report on KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize initiatives based on performance data.

  • Paid Media: Align and execute paid media for the regional sales team, while also writing articles and spotlights to boost engagement. Current channels include LinkedIn and programmatic ads.

  • Email Strategy & Execution: Write and program email marketing outreach to our targeted markets to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

  • Events & Experiential Marketing: Plan and deliver virtual or in-person events, conferences, and sponsorships to build awareness and generate qualified leads. Manage logistics, content, and post-event follow-up to maximize impact.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.

Knowledge & Skill:

  • Minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS demand generation experience with a track record of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue growth.

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales enablement and content marketing to technical audiences in a B2B or SaaS environment. Please provide your portfolio with your resume.

  • Minimum of 2 years of recent hands-on experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

  • Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns that deliver results.

  • Excellent writing and content development skills — able to turn technical concepts into compelling, audience-focused messaging.

  • Experience managing webinars, local events, and paid advertising programs.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working across time zones with a global team.

Preferred

  • SEO/SEM skills and experience managing website CMS platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in the analytics, telecom, or technology industry.
