Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist based in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing robust strategies that maximize ROI and drive conversions. You will manage significant advertising budgets, conduct in-depth data analysis, and work closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to ensure synchronized and impactful marketing campaigns. If you have a strong background in performance marketing and a passion for delivering measurable results, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement performance marketing strategies that focus on driving high ROI and maximizing conversions across multiple platforms, including Google PPC, Pmax, and sophisticated retargeting efforts.

  • Oversee substantial monthly advertising budgets, optimizing spend to ensure peak performance and financial efficiency.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and use insights to inform strategic adjustments and enhance campaign outcomes.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and the SEO team to align marketing efforts, ensuring cohesive and successful campaigns that support client objectives.

  • Lead the creation and management of digital campaigns for e-commerce and B2B clients, including targeted retargeting on social media platforms and CPC strategy optimization during critical buying periods.

  • Maintain strong client relationships through bi-weekly performance updates, providing strategic advice and resolving any issues in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in running performance marketing campaigns, particularly with Google Ads.

  • Proven track record in managing substantial monthly ad budgets, demonstrating an ability to deliver high-impact results.

  • Strong English (C1-C2 level English proficiency preferred) communication and reporting skills, with the capability to clearly present complex data and insights.

  • Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and experience with Programmatic ads.
