Project Manager (TR, Remote)

We are seeking a Project Manager who embodies our dedication to precision, creativity, and groundbreaking solutions in the development landscape.

Your Mission: Mastering ClientCentric Project Delivery

As our Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead project teams, coordinating resources and vendors for seamless execution.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

  • Define scope, objectives, and feasibility with clients and stakeholders.

  • Allocate resources efficiently and track progress with detailed plans.

  • Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, keeping stakeholders aligned.

  • Identify and document issues, writing clear specifications.

  • Maintain up-to-date, accessible project documentation.

  • Prioritize tasks based on project goals and client needs.

  • Use project management tools to track performance and report progress.

  • Communicate transparently with clients and teams, escalating issues as needed.

  • Build strong client relationships, adapting strategies to meet their needs.

  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure resource availability and timely execution.

  • Lead client meetings, refine project plans, and optimize processes for continuous improvement.

Skills & Requirements

  •  3+ years of project management experience, ideally within a development-focused environment.

  •  Exceptional command of written and verbal English.

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  •  Demonstrated ability to manage client facing projects and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  •  Proficiency in leading eCommerce platforms such as Volusion, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Magento.

  •  Expertise in Project Management software such as Slack, Jira, Monday.com, and Harvest.

  •  Strong familiarity with Agile software development practices.
