We’re hiring a Graphic Designer to join our Creative team, which partners with world-shaping brands like Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce, as well as fast-growing global innovators.
You’ll help drive innovative and impactful strategies that align with our events-driven vision for the future, creating immersive and engaging experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands.
📋 What We Are Looking For
Are you a creative ninja with the drive to concept, create, present, defend, and execute ideas across digital, print, social, video, audio, experiential, and more? Can you collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced agency environment? If so, we want to meet you.
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll assist in creating event visual toolkits, design assets for environmental branding and physical structures, digital and print signage, and other event-related materials.
✅ You Should Have
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
Intermediate understanding of digital, print, and design theory; ability to design 2D concepts for small projects
Ability in visual storytelling across mediums, including PPT and Google Slides; presentation design support
Knowledge of packaging design files for print/digital and saving files for historical reference
Some knowledge of event styling, experiential design, digital design, video design, and motion graphics (a plus)
Ongoing interest in design trends, culture, and innovation
Strong typography, color theory, brand design, and layout skills
Detail-focused, flexible, and adaptive to changing needs
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
1+ year(s) experience as an entry-level designer or equivalent

💰 Compensation
Starting salary: $60,000 – $70,000
Based on national market compensation analysis
Actual salary depends on training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands
