The Role

As a Clinical Operations Lead at Path, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission of making mental health care accessible and effective for everyone. You will be responsible for owning the development and progress of quality initiatives and programs alongside the Quality Lead. You will lead the development and maintenance of tools, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs) to support core quality activities such as coaching, peer review, quality investigation, and provider onboarding support. In addition, you will develop durable processes and procedures for quality best practices, ensuring the highest standards of evidence-based care at scale.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own the development and progress of quality initiatives and programs in collaboration with clinical subject matter experts.. 

  • Lead the development and maintenance of tools, processes, and SLAs to support core quality activities, including coaching, peer review, quality investigation, and provider onboarding support. 

  • Take ownership of initiatives and work plans related to quality improvements and investigations based on data monitoring. 

  • Develop durable processes and procedures for quality best practices. 

  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, distilling insights into actionable recommendations. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synthesize requirements and translate them into effective actions. 

  • Demonstrate a patient and provider-first mindset in all initiatives and decision-making processes. 

  • Explore and leverage tools and technology to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve the overall experience. 

  • Contribute to problem-solving efforts, approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. 

 

Required Knowledge and Skills 

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, leading organizational efforts. 

  • Experience working with clinical subject matter experts to synthesize requirements and learnings into actions. 

  • Proven ability to distill complex ideas into clear recommendations and actions. 

  • Operations experience, particularly in developing repeatable processes and optimizing workflows for core quality activities like coaching and peer review. 

  • Cross-functional leadership skills, including problem statement development, project scoping, and defining ownership, timelines, and action plans. 

  • A high level of accountability and commitment to driving projects to completion. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset, exploring tools and technology to simplify workflows, reduce costs, and enhance the overall experience.
