The Role
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the organization’s paid digital marketing campaigns and website performance in line with the company Marketing Strategy. This role is perfect for an experienced digital marketer with expertise in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and remarketing strategies, alongside managing a CMS portal similar to WordPress. Experience with HubSpot is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid LinkedIn campaigns using Campaign Manager to drive engagement, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and remarketing, ensuring maximum ROI.
Oversee the company website and CMS portal, ensuring content updates, performance optimization, and seamless user experience.
Coordinate and collaborate with the web design agency on website updates and task execution.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Implement and refine remarketing strategies to re-engage website visitors and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
Coordinate with the broader marketing team to align digital campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives
Complete monthly KPIs and set measurable goals for digital campaigns.
Support and implement marketing plan as provided by Chief Marketing Officer
Optimize the website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
Ensuring all marketing activities deliver positive ROI through analyzing data and reporting on performance, and where necessary, improving any underperforming campaigns and communications
Share ideas on new and creative growth strategies
Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
Proven experience managing paid LinkedIn campaigns through Campaign Manager.
Expertise in Google Ads, including Search, Display, and remarketing campaigns.
Strong knowledge of CMS platforms and website management (e.g., WordPress).
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role. Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Executive, Direct Marketing Manager
Experience in B2B marketing, managing paid campaigns i.e. PPC, Paid Social, and Display.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics
Understanding and experience with Marketing Platform HubSpot
Experience in working with WordPress and optimizing landing pages
Knowledge of marketing tools such as design tools example Canva, video making & editing tools is beneficial
Innovative and creative thinker
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proven organizational, communication skills are essential
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
