Role Summary: Revenue Operations Manager

The Revenue Operations Manager will be responsible for building the systems, processes, and reporting infrastructure that support our go-to-market teams.

This role ensures accurate pipeline visibility, reliable revenue forecasts, and equips leadership with the intelligence needed to make informed decisions. Acting as a key operational bridge across the Partner channel and Growth function, the Revenue Operations Manager will drive operational efficiency, improve data quality, and strengthen forecasting capabilities as the company continues to scale.

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Ownership: Configure fields, stages, workflows, and reports to match business operations

  • Tech Stack Management: Own CRM, marketing automation, and sales engagement tools

  • Forecasting: Run weekly pipeline reviews, bi-weekly forecast submissions, and monthly close-out summaries

  • Deal Inspection: Establish clear criteria to improve forecast accuracy

  • Model Building: Maintain bottom-up and top-down forecasting models for Finance and CGO

  • Reporting Infrastructure: Deliver real-time, accurate data across deal stages

  • Sales Enablement: Develop process documentation, training, and scalable sales processes

  • Workflow Optimization: Reduce friction, improve conversion rates, support territory planning and quota design

  • Data Management: Enforce hygiene, deduplication, governance policies

  • CRM Adoption: Drive behavior change across commercial teams, ensuring clean data standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related function

  • Hands-on execution experience in building processes, systems, and reporting end-to-end

  • Proven track record in RevOps within high-growth environments

  • Advanced Salesforce administration and reporting expertise (certifications desirable)

  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets

  • Strong analytical background in forecasting and pipeline analysis

  • Ability to quantify and track forecast accuracy improvements

  • Solid understanding of revenue metrics (APV, NRR, churn, conversion rate, LTV, CAC)

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational change

  • HubSpot administration and marketing automation experience a plus

📍 Location: US-based, fully remote (preference for Eastern or Central Time hours).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000 annually
