Projects fail when complexity overwhelms coordination—when multiple stakeholders, shifting priorities, and technical ambiguity collide without strong project leadership.

As our Senior Project Manager, you'll lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives focused on enterprise technology modernization and client migration to our new ecosystem. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity by defining scope, aligning stakeholders, managing timelines, and mitigating risks across internal and external teams.

Your ability to influence without direct authority, apply blended methodologies, and manage escalations directly determines whether strategic initiatives deliver on time or stall under organizational complexity.

This role requires juggling multiple projects simultaneously while adjusting priorities based on changing business requirements. You’ll thrive if you align with our focus on customer-centric efficiency, long-term thinking, and collaborative problem-solving.

What You'll Actually Do

• Lead a portfolio of internal, cross-functional projects focused on enterprise technology modernization and client migration

• Draft project charters that clearly define scope, objectives, and deliverables

• Create, manage, and publish detailed program schedules, driving teams through milestones to completion

• Identify and communicate risks, recommend mitigation plans, and manage contingencies

• Facilitate decision-making and consensus across stakeholders

• Lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment, progress, and accountability

• Provide program status updates through written communications and formal presentations

• Apply blended methodologies across development teams, collaborating with scrum masters and product delivery teams

• Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Manage escalations and recommend corrective actions

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and address internal customer concerns

Qualifications

What You Bring to Our Team

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience

• 5+ years of hands-on project management experience (scope, schedule, budget, risk evaluation, issue resolution, quality, integration, staffing, communications)

• Previous experience in third-party administrator, healthcare, or tech-powered organization strongly preferred

• Experience in operational delivery preferred

• Knowledge of project/program management principles, practices, and tools

• Ability to work with constituents at all levels, from C-suite to individual contributors

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with project management tools

• Experience communicating with remote teams and offices

• Ability to work effectively in team environments

• Logical working style with keen attention to detail

• Proficiency with Teams or similar communication tools

• Strong ability to influence cross-functionally and drive outcomes without direct authority

Compensation: Base salary range of $105,000 – $130,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. Eligible for full benefits package starting day one.
