
Creative Manager
The successful applicant will be able to work at our Lviv, Kharkiv, Warsaw, Barcelona offices or remotely from Ukraine, Poland or Spain.
This role is based in the Midcore District, a business unit within MTG that Plarium is part of. The Midcore District is home to six gaming studios: Plarium, InnoGames, Snowprint, Hutch, Ninja Kiwi, and Futureplay. Together, these studios make games played by tens of millions of people on mobile and PC.
The District isn’t just a holding structure. We offer our studios a shared ecosystem covering marketing, data analytics, technology, player services, publishing, D2C distribution, and more so that they can focus on making great games.
We are looking for a Creative Manager to join the Global Creative Strategy team and work alongside Creative Strategists, Creative Managers, Designers, Video Editors, Motion Artists, User Acquisition Managers, and external production partners. The role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, supporting multiple game teams and marketing initiatives across different genres.
Responsibilities
Develop creative briefs, concepts, scripts, and storyboards for performance marketing campaigns across multiple game genres
Collaborate hands-on with designers, editors, artists, and external partners to bring creative ideas to life
Improve creative performance by leveraging campaign data, user insights, and industry best practices
Explore and implement new creative formats, storytelling techniques, AI tools, and production workflows
Analyze campaign performance and iterate on concepts based on measurable results.
Stay informed on gaming, advertising, social media, and creative trends to continuously generate fresh ideas
Partner closely with User Acquisition, Product Marketing, game studios, and Production teams to align creative with business objectives
Ensure all creative deliverables meet Plarium's quality standards and campaign goals
What we expect
3+ years of experience in creative marketing, advertising, gaming, or digital content creation
Experience developing creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, or campaign ideas for digital marketing
Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative optimization
Ability to interpret campaign performance data and apply insights to creative development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong conceptual thinking, storytelling, and visual communication skills
Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, etc.)
Desired
Experience in mobile gaming, entertainment, or consumer digital products
Experience working with User Acquisition or Performance Marketing teams
Working knowledge of creative production workflows, including video editing, motion design, and graphic design
Experience working with Jira, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar collaboration tools
