
Administrative Support Specialist | Zendoor Property Management
We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Assistant to support a property manager overseeing apartment buildings. This is a remote position that requires proficiency in basic computer skills. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, report building, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Responding to tenant and vendor inquiries via email and phone.
Assisting with scheduling maintenance and property inspections.
Organizing and updating tenant records and lease agreements.
Supporting the property manager with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in general computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Previous experience in property management or customer service is a plus but not required.
