Marketing Manager

About Project Eleven

Project Eleven is an applied lab of builders and technologists working at the intersection of quantum computing and cryptography. We build impactful solutions that push the digital-asset ecosystem to a more secure future. Our focus is post-quantum migration: upgrading wallets, identity, and settlement rails to quantum-safe primitives without breaking UX, composability, and developer workflows.

Our mission is to future-proof digital assets and preserve self-sovereignty in a post-quantum world. We do that by building the canonical tooling and products teams can adopt: crypto-agile infrastructure, reference implementations, and integrations that fit real constraints like latency, cost, compatibility, key rotation, and recovery.

We work with leading ecosystems to make this migration real through products we build, audits, testnets, and cutting edge research. The vision we have is clear: a proven upgrade path, production-ready tooling and users retaining control of their assets and identity, before a cryptographically-relevant quantum computer exists.

The role

We are hiring a Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, and communications. This role focuses on operationalizing strategy, messaging, and priorities defined by leadership and translating highly technical work into clear, compelling materials for developers, executives, investors, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can move quickly, write clearly, and deliver high-quality output in a fast-moving environment.

  • Execute Project Eleven’s content and messaging across blog, website, newsletters, and social channels

  • Translate research, engineering work, and partnerships into clear marketing and product assets

  • Implement product launches, announcements, and ongoing campaigns

  • Coordinate with PR partners on press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership

  • Manage social channels (X, LinkedIn) and support audience growth initiatives

  • Support conference presence, events, and ecosystem initiatives

  • Apply and maintain brand guidelines across all external touchpoints

  • Track performance metrics and report insights to inform iteration and improvement

What you bring

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in crypto, fintech, or deep-tech

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills

  • Comfort marketing technical products and complex concepts

  • Experience executing campaigns across owned and earned channels

  • High attention to detail and strong execution skills

  • Ability to take direction, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistently in an early-stage startup

What we'd love to see

  • Experience marketing developer tools or infrastructure products

  • Familiarity with crypto security, cryptography, or protocol-level technology

  • Experience with newsletters, long-form content, or thought leadership

  • Prior experience at an early-stage startup

Don't let this one get away.
