🌟 Who We're Looking For

Some people call you a recruiter, head hunter, or talent consultant. Here at Pulley we like to think we are a group of builders and specifically we think of the Talent Function as a team building one.

We have a clean slate here at Pulley, with minimal legacy systems, processes or jaded hiring managers from a history of bad recruiting. You will have an opportunity to come in at the ground level at a high trajectory startup whose mission is to support and enable entrepreneurs.

You will work directly with your hiring managers and executives/founders as the expert in talent acquisition. And it’s ok if you don’t feel like you’re an expert as you will become one. You will have influence and impact in how the company thinks about culture, compensation and hiring decisions. What you do here is important, respected and highly valued.

As an early member on our Talent Team, you will have your choice of problems you want to tackle. Perhaps it’s setting up systems, hard core sourcing, or learning new recruiting disciplines.

Your previous experience might include working at a recruiting agency, spending time with an in-house recruiting team, but hopefully you possess a combination of the two.
