Senior CRM Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Senior CRM Marketing Specialist to join our department.

Our BizDev department at Qatar Insurance Company is developing the best InsurTech products for residents in the MENA region. Our team consists of over 100 talented employees, and we work remotely from 18 different countries. Our flagship products, which have been awarded Best Digital Insurance for several consecutive years, are:

Our employees have been featured in Forbes 30 under 30, teach at online universities, serve on program committees of major IT conferences, and have previously worked at Yandex, Tinkoff, Avito, Ozon, and other leading tech companies.


  • Creating a comprehensive and effective communication scheme in an omnichannel mix of direct channels (email, SMS, messengers, push notifications)

  • Developing and enhancing triggered interaction sequences with current and potential customers (acquisition and retention)

  • Managing content in direct channels

  • Identifying growth opportunities based on current and potential customer profiles, determining and implementing profile enrichment tactics

  • Coordinating integrations in the field of direct channel automation

  • Generating hypotheses, conducting tests, and conducting ongoing analysis


  • Experience in CRM marketing in the B2C segment within companies with a broad product portfolio for at least 3 years

  • Intensive work experience with direct channels (minimum: email and SMS, the more diverse the channels, the better)

  • Mandatory experience in marketing automation

  • Analytical mindset

  • Basic knowledge of HTML

  • Preference given to experience in independently creating content for emails and SMS

  • Tech stack: Mandatory knowledge of Mailchimp and Figma, optionally Kommo, and other marketing automation tools, editors, and services

  • Upper intermediate level of English proficiency

  • Methodical and organized approach
