User Acquisition Manager

We are currently looking for an top-tier User Acquisition Manager for an exciting new fintech venture.

Our perfect candidate is proactive, overflowing with innovative ideas for product development, and adept at articulating the business impact of these ideas. This role will become an opportunity to be a crucial member of our team, influencing pivotal decisions and driving product improvements. You will work closely with the business owner, with the potential to establish the product as a global sensation.

This position can be based in any of the following countries: Bulgaria, Georgia, Belarus, Hungary, Romania, Latvia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Greece, or Serbia.

Tasks in the role

• Launch, manage and analyse advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, suggest new sources;

• Optimize advertising campaigns for specific KPIs;

• Participate in the development of creatives for advertising campaigns together with the creative team;

• Conduct testing of creatives and landings, strive to do better and be result-oriented.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in user acquisition, digital marketing, or a related role;

• Proficiency with digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others;

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics;

• A creative and data-driven mindset, with a focus on ROI;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;

• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in user acquisition;

• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
