Role Overview
As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire lead funnel, from driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). This role is ideal for individuals who excel in data-driven experimentation and are motivated by directly impacting the bottom line.
What You’ll Do
Lead Generation: Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (paid search, LinkedIn, display, email, referrals, etc.) to build a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects.
MQL → SQL Optimization: Create and refine lead scoring and nurturing workflows within HubSpot to ensure a smooth transition of contacts from awareness to opportunity. Collaborate with the Sales team to align on definitions, hand-off processes, and feedback mechanisms.
Campaign Management & Testing: Plan, launch, and conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and email sequences. Continuously analyze campaign performance and iterate to improve ROI.
Analytics & Insights: Monitor key performance indicators (lead volume, conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV)) and provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly reports.
Content Collaboration: Partner with our content and design teams (or external agencies) to develop essential marketing materials such as landing pages, whitepapers, and case studies.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with product updates and sales priorities.
Who You Are
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing (mid-level).
Tech Stack: Proficient in HubSpot (or similar CRM/automation platforms) with hands-on experience managing paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email platforms, and basic SEO/SEM.
Data-Driven: Passionate about analyzing data from Google Analytics, spreadsheets, and dashboards to inform decisions and report on return on investment.
Startup Mindset: Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-paced environment, taking on multiple responsibilities, and iterating quickly within a small team.
