What are we looking for?
Professional background:
2+ years creating content for B2B SaaS with demonstrable results (landing pages that converted, campaigns that resonated, narratives that stuck)
UX writing expertise. You create clear, scannable content that guides users naturally toward decisions
Portfolio required. Show us landing pages, case studies, product marketing, or campaigns where your words made the difference
Content Craft:
Making tech brains. You can talk to engineers about API architecture and turn it into a compelling customer story about workflow automation
Narrative and analytical mastery. You structure complex information logically and know how to build trust through content
Research depth. You enjoy digging into unfamiliar topics (data warehouses, marketing attribution, business intelligence) and extracting what matters to your audience
Writing excellence. Perfect grammar, consistent tone, ability to adapt your voice to match brand personality – you know the drill
Precision and detail. You catch inconsistencies, ask the right questions, verify claims, and maintain quality across all deliverables
Communication and Teamwork:
Confident with experts. You can interview product managers, engineers, and designers, challenge assumptions respectfully, and distill their knowledge
Self-directed ownership. You manage your workload, juggle multiple content streams, prioritize effectively, and deliver without constant oversight
Product understanding. You proactively learn how Coupler.io works, what problems it solves, and why customers choose it
End-to-end accountability. You see projects through from brief to publication, including revisions and stakeholder reviews
Fluent English, of course, not only for creative writing but also for communication with colleagues
Would be a plus:
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and using data insights to optimize copy performance
Hands-on familiarity with data analytics tools (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI): you've used them, not just written about them
Comfort working in Figma or similar design tools to input and refine content directly
Technical writing or documentation experience that demonstrates clarity under complexity
What will you do?
Own marketing content creation across formats (landing pages, case studies, social media, email campaigns, and product marketing materials) to drive awareness and conversion
Research thoroughly by diving into technical documentation, competitor positioning, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform your writing
Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to gather insights, validate technical accuracy, and align content with business goals
Turn complexity into clarity. Transform tech use cases, data workflows, and integration patterns into engaging stories that resonate with business users
Ensure brand consistency while meeting conversion objectives. Make your content feel distinctly Coupler.io and drive measurable results
Grow and learn. Master new topics spanning data integration, analytics tools, business processes, and technical concepts relevant to our audience
Think beyond execution. Come up with strategic ideas for thought leadership, brand storytelling, content distribution, and user engagement across all channels
Keep quality high. Deal with fact-check claims, coordinate stakeholder reviews, and ensure accuracy before publication
Measure and optimize. Make data your friend to track content performance and use insights to improve future work
