About the Role

Join our dynamic team as an Solutions Account Manager, playing a pivotal role within the RainFocus sales team.  Reporting to the Director of Global Sales Engineering, you will collaborate closely with strategic accounts to propel adoption of the RainFocus' product, unlock revenue opportunities, and maintain client relationships.

Essential responsibilities:

  • Oversee client Tier 3 event program for net new RainFocus clients

  • Implement, configure and document the build of each event and the event lifecycle

  • Demonstrate comprehensive RainFocus platform product knowledge

  • Manage new account implementations and onboarding

  • Nurture relationships with key client contacts who wield significant influence on adoption

  • Conduct account reviews to assess progress, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and curate key client metrics to meet client’s goals

  • Devise strategies to boost user adoption and platform usage 

  • Consult on industry best practices to achieve client’s objectives

  • Document, route, and track client feature requests; deliver quarterly updates to clients

  • Generate client deliverables such as implementation plans, SOPs, and product adoption reviews

  • Work closely with Sales Directors for named account assignments

  • Manage activities and serve as a liaison between the client and various departments within RainFocus, including product, sales, client services, and marketing

  • Contribute to internal departmental process documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional industry experience preferred

  • 5-10 years of experience in the events industry

  • Expert knowledge of online registration software

  • Proficiency in cultivating client relationships

  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Effective communication skills with clients and internal team members

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States of America.
