
Senior Talent Specialist
The role is restricted to those physically located in Malta or Lisbon, Portugal. While this is an remote position, we cannot consider candidates that are not based in such region.
As Senior Talent Specialist, you are expected to be a highly knowledgeable and capable HR professional with focus on talent acquisition, management, and development. You are adept at working with stakeholders to understand business objectives and construct plans and strategies to drive recruitment, talent management and development. You build and manage talent strategies that work towards attracting, developing, and retaining top in class talent across all levels and business areas.
As Senior Talent Manager you are expected to …
Identify talent needs and to create and implement efficient strategies to improve recruitment and performance to drive business outcomes
Understand workforce planning and resource forecasting
Develop effective strategies for identifying skills gaps
Own our recruitment processes and infrastructure
Manage regular employee performance reviews and feeding back to the business
Organise and oversee training programs
Understand the current recruitment and L&D trends
Use data and insight to monitor and optimize our processes
Build and maintain talent networks withing our markets, especially eCommerce, MarketingTech, data and technology.

REQUIREMENTS
At least 5 years experience working with talent acquisition, management and development, ideally in a fast moving and technology and data driven business environment
Experience building talent acquisition and development strategies in a remote-first environment
Be a natural born "networker" who builds and utilizes highly effective networks and relationships
High analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive performance and improvement
Experience delivering employee training programs
Excellent negotiation and social skills
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
