
Executive Assistant to Multi-Venture Entrepreneur

I'm an entrepreneur juggling multiple ventures: a specialized SEO agency/consultancy, a small press publisher, a thriving SEO community I co-founded, and two newsletters. I also have ADHD, which means I have a million ideas but struggle with organization and can get easily overwhelmed by long to-do lists.
Let's be honest: I'm great at the big picture stuff, but I need someone who excels at all the things I'm terrible at β organization, follow-through, and sweating the small stuff. That's where you come in.
π What I Need
I need someone who can be my organizational backbone. Someone who can take the 30,000-foot view I give you, then grab a microscope and handle all the details. I want to be able to forward you emails, put tasks on the calendar, and trust that you'll make sure they get done β without me having to remember to follow up.
This is not an entry-level position. I don't have time to train someone on basic executive assistant skills, which is why I'm looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Manage my chaotic inbox and calendar
Track tasks across multiple projects and businesses
Follow up on important matters so nothing falls through the cracks
Break down big ideas into actionable steps
Protect me from myself when it comes to deadlines and commitments
Handle basic administrative tasks for my various businesses
Create systems that compensate for my organizational weaknesses
Help me handle small problems (like canceling a service) and sometimes big problems (like researching and booking travel)
Anticipate needs before they become urgent problems

Exceptionally organized β You have systems for staying organized and never let things slip
Detail-oriented β You notice the small stuff that I miss
Proactive β You don't wait to be told what to do
Excellent communicator β Fluent written and spoken English is a must
Tech-savvy β Comfortable on computers and quick to learn new programs
Independent β You can work with minimal supervision
Patient β You don't get frustrated when plans change or when I forget something we discussed
Adaptable β You can roll with the punches and pivot when needed
π Why This Role Is Different
You won't just be managing a calendar β you'll be my right hand, helping keep multiple interesting businesses moving forward. You'll get to see the inner workings of different ventures and have significant responsibility from day one.
I value results over process. I won't micromanage you or care about how you get things done, as long as they get done well. All I care about is that tasks are completed effectively and nothing important gets missed.
π» Work Environment
100% remote β work from anywhere as long as you have a dedicated, quiet workspace
You must have reliable internet and the ability to join video calls without background distractions
This must be your primary job β I feel VERY strongly about this. No side gigs or other employment.
π° Compensation & Growth
Starting at $1,000/month with increase to $1,500/month after successful first month (with the possibility to earn more as we continue to work together)
Paid twice monthly (10th and 24th)
