Sales Assistant Executive – Hospitality Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Assistant Executive to support the sales team in driving business growth and delivering excellent customer service. This role is essential in coordinating sales activities, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and Independently Yours Team Members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Vice President of Sales in daily sales activities and client communication

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, contracts, presentations, and reports

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain and update client databases, CRM systems, and sales records

  • Support the Global VP of Sales at Independently Yours in daily duties as well as grow the Mexican Travel Agent Community.

  • Conduct agent presentations & webinars.

  • Some travel required in the local market of Mexico City.

  • Help organize roadshows, client invites, promotional events and FAM’s for the Independently Yours Team

  • Track and follow up on leads and ensure timely responses to client requests

  • Compile data and assist in analyzing sales trends and performance metrics

  • Manage inventory of marketing materials and assist with campaign execution

  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or customer service sector

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce tools

  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Proficiency in English & Spanish

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Ability to speak multiple languages is an advantage

Monthly Consultancy Fee:
The position shall be compensated with a monthly retainer at a competitive rate based on experience.
